Orders

All product in-stock will go up on the site. Once we run out of a product, it's gone...for the most part. If demand warrants it, we may open up a pre-order, at our discretion, as a second-chance opportunity for anyone who missed out.

For in-stock product, once an order is placed and processed, please allow 7-10 business days for shipment to go out. 

For pre-orders, allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped. 

We're a small team and will handle shipments in a prompt manner.

Refund Policy

Please double check your carts (i.e. items, color, and sizing) and your shipping information before completing your payment. If there is a mistake with your order, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Once an order is processed, there's no cancelling or updating of the order. We will not exchange apparel orders if the size does not fit you. Only orders with mistakes by Out for Lunch or our manufacturer can be exchanged and replaced for the same exact item (if availability allows). In the case that an item can not be exchanged and replaced, we will refund you for the item.

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged items by our shipping partners. If you do encounter any issues with an item, feel free to contact us at info@outforlunch.co
